A multinational food services company was looking to support its managers through post-Covid mobilisation. Previously limited to senior leadership, it needed a solution to extend coaching to its wider management

Solution

theMakings ran a targeted coaching programme for the client’s Operations Managers. Following a successful UK pilot, we have now run 7 cohorts across 3 continents, and a breadth of business functions.

Outcome

98% of coachees saw positive change. The programme was incorporated into annual L&D efforts and doubled in scale.
