Build a robust talent pipeline through bringing individualised support earlier in team members’ careers. We ran a coaching programme with weekly 23 minutes sessions to accelerate leadership development and create momentum with test learn of new behaviours between sessions.
Outcome
Reprise Digital’s cohort found they were better able to set boundaries, and thus saw improved recovery as well as an improvement in career contribution and purpose.
