    If it's your first time working with us, we'll have a chat and talk you through the process

How it works
  1. Complete nomination

    Tell us why now is the right time for you to have a coaching experience with theMakings

  2. Approval Process

    Theres a two step acceptance process, first we'll ask your line manager for acceptance and then the Talent team will accept your place on the next cohort.

  3. Invite to launch

    Once your line manager has approved your place you'll be invited to the next launch and asked to complete your onboarding

  4. Launch

    Our launch will give you everything you need to get started and your first session booked in with your coach

  2. Nominee accepts nomination

    Your nominees will be asked to accept your nomination and complete their nomination form

  3. Talent Team Approval

    The Talent team will select the final team members for the next cohort.

  4. Nominee invited to launch

    Nominees invited to the launch event and complete their onboarding details

  5. Optional Line Manager feedback

    We ask you to input and provide feedback to support the process.
