theMakings brings 1:1 coaching to SSP Senior Leaders to accelerate leadership development and drive business performance.

theMakings 23 minute sessions take the best bits from the traditional coaching model to deliver an optimised intervention. Weekly sessions over six months provide intensive support that enables sustained high performance in high pressure environments.

    If it's your first time working with us, we'll have a chat and talk you through the process

  1. Complete nomination

    Tell us why now is the right time for you to have a coaching experience with theMakings

  2. Line Manager Approval

    We'll ask your Line Manager to approve your place on the next programme

  3. Invite to launch

    Once your line manager has approved your place you'll be invited to the next launch and asked to complete your onboarding

  4. Launch

    Our launch will give you everything you need to get started and your first session booked in with your coach
